With the number of mobile users becoming more and more, people’s demand for wireless resource becomes higher and higher.Since the resources of the spectrum are always limited in wireless communication systems, with the number of users becoming more and more, how to use more effectively spectrum resources and support the maximum number of users while ensuring a variety of business between the quality of service is important problem. Wireless resource management is assumed to be such a role, and a good resource allocation scheme can largely determine the efficiency of the system. On the basis of analysis of Proportional Fair algorithms existing for LTE uplink, in order to enhance the fairness of user traffic, this paper design STPF algorithm which based on satisfaction of user traffic and DS-STPF algorithm which distinguishes businesses based on STPF algorithm.It is well known that the Proportional Fair algorithm has a good performance in the LTE downlink resource scheduling. However, due to the LTE uplink using SC-FDMA technology, it requires that all resource blocks allocated to any user in the same time must be continuous. Since the Proportional Fair algorithm does not guarantee the continuity of the allocation of resource blocks to each user, the Proportional Fair algorithm can not be directly used in the LTE uplink. In order to use the Proportional Fair algorithm in the LTE uplink, the original Proportional Fair algorithm must be improved to meet the limit of the continuous distribution of resource blocks.RB grouping algorithm is an improved algorithm for PF algorithm, and it’s distribution process meets the requirements of RB continuity. RB grouping algorithm allocates resource in the way of RB group, which effectively reduces the impact of small scale fluctuations in the channel quality. But RB grouping algorithm does not consider the impact of the users’ traffic on the scheduling results. STPF algorithm designed in this paper is based on the RB grouping algorithm, and users’ traffic to send is a factor of users’ scheduling priority. It can be more accurate to measure the rationality of resource utilization based on the fairness of the traffic. This paper show the effectiveness of STPF algorithm by simulation.DS-STPF algorithm is based on STPF algorithm and distinguishes businesses. According to the requirements of delay and jitter, the business can be divided into two types: real time business and non real time business. The scheduling strategy of STPF algorithm is that in premise of meeting users’ traffic satisfaction of real time users try to meet users’ traffic satisfaction of non real time users. DS-STPF algorithm schedule the two types users individually using the scheduling strategy of STPF algorithm, and adds a optimization scheme that reallocating the RB group between gratified users and ungratified users. In this way, the system resource can be used more effectively. By simulation, this paper verifies that DS-STPF algorithm can fully guarantee the real time users’ traffic satisfaction, and the non real time users on the user’s traffic satisfaction can be basically meet.
