Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration Mnagement System

Educational administration is an important work for normal operation and development of the school, which directly related to the smooth daily teaching process and campus construction planning. The members in educational administration department are the important performers for promoting the progress of informationized education, the backbone of the digital campus construction, and the explorers and pioneers of realizing educational reform. In order to enhance the level of teaching management and improve the level of educational services. This paper takes the design and implementation of educational administration system as the subject, researching the informatization of teaching management, making the working process of educational administration standardized.The main researching content of this paper includes the following parts:According to the process of software development, in combination with the practical situation of my work unit, this paper analyzes the systematic demand, the system of operating structure and user requirements, meanwhile according to the system users and system functional using cases, system management can be divided into four parts: system management subsystem, teaching resource management subsystem, teaching process and teaching evaluation management subsystem. It introduces the students’ academic records management module and examination management module in detail, which the author has been taking part in.In the part of detailed design, it expounds the three layers of system logical structure design, analyzes the technical implementation of each layer structure, plans the educational administration system data tables based on ORACLE, designs the system entity data relationship.In the part of system implementation and testing, my paper builds the system operating environment and implements the system performance and the business logical layer. At the same time it takes the students’ performance management module and examination management module as the example, realizing the functional module of the system; It also formulates the system test strategy and using cases and analyzes the test results. Test results show us that the educational administration system can meet the requirements of system functional design and the users’ requirements, in line with the system design, the result is good.The educational administration system faces the education management structure of college credit system, supporting the work of the universities’ educational administration teaching management, such as the training system, teaching management process under the system. It designs and implements the most work of educational administration teaching management, embodies the characteristics of on the basis of the teaching management; and provides the platform for the school’s intelligent teaching management, so it has a higher application value and popularization meaning.
