We can forcast that 700 million passenger will travel by airplane in 2020. With the continuous progress of society, the purpose and behavior of passenger travel are changing. Airlines have to change theirselves into a tourism product integration transformation from a traditional aviation carrier to face the competition. Just the air booking cannot meet the needs anymore. The future of booking business will be covered by airlines, hotels, car rental and other passenger travel the whole journey of the reservation service. In addition, types of travelers are also changing. Airline very hope that in the book links to obtain accurate passenger information and personalized demand, in order to provide more flexible and better quality of service, to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition, realizes the income maximization. To face these changes, it is difficult to meet the demand of existing based on the host application framework. It is very important to study the unified order platform of civil aviation passengers and carry out the design and implementation.At present, China civil aviation information system is to provide domestic airlines and international airlines, the airport and the official agent sales and management of GDS enterprise.
