| With the rapid development of high speed railway in our country, the high-speed railway management operator always pays attention to the problems of how to promote operation management level and ensure railway at the best condition using informatization technologies. Currently, under the operation & maintenance state, the high speed railway is difficult for the passenger transportation company to keep track of the technical status data including each railway special facilities and equipment which can not be centralized managed. GIS has great advantages in the field of spatial information integration, data analysis and processing, it is a nice means to manage the whole special facilities and equipment of high-speed railway. According to different responsibilities and scope of business, the staff of track maintenance division and information system have the different requirements to GIS.China Railway Corporation established the planning of RGIS in order to realize GIS standardization. According to the overall scheme, the RGIS could not satisfy the demand of the whole special data and granularity level owing to lack of railway special professional geographic information data. This paper is based on beij ing-shanghai high speed railway, proposes a method for constructing beij ing-shanghai high speed railway GIS platform on the basis of RGIS, and managing beij ing-shanghai high speed railway special professional geographic information data, integrating national foundation geographic information data and high-speed railway special common geographic information data, and the unified platform provides the whole special and omni-directional geographic information service of beijing-shanghai high speed railway.This paper analyzes the requirements of beij ing-shanghai high speed railway management and business information system to the railway GIS, to propose the technical route of constructing beijing-shanghai high speed railway GIS platform, and further studies key technologies about space coordinate system transformation, linear reference processing, R-tree index of spatial database and spatial information services aggregation. This paper describes general architecture, application function, external interface, spatial database, attribute database and text database of the platform in detail. Finally, the paper introduces technology development course and main implementing techniques of the platform, and realizes the presentation interface of the spatial data. |
