The Design And Implementation Of Grid Construction Project Management Information System

The power company project management system designed in this paper is for the majority of users in X region, who have no computer professional background, this requires the characteristics of convenient and easy operation of project management system of power company designed by us, so as to enable the users to operate it in s short time. At the same time, the power company’s project management system is designed to be simple and clear, so that the operators can understand it clearly at a glance and obtain information needed without complex operation. The power company project management system designed by this paper can cost less, and obtain the practical function of the system. This paper has analyzed various needs and designed project management system of power company on this basis, to provide an intelligent electric power company project management system for power grid dispatching personnel, solve the relevant difficulties encountered by personnel in the process of projects, reduce the time of decision-making, and reduce the cost of management as well.(1) This paper has investigated the status of the current power company project management system in some regions in detail, analyzed the existing problems carefully, and proposed solutions and functional planning and design of power company project management system designed in this paper according to the existing problems;(2) This paper has put forward design ideas and the specific schemes of power company project management system combining with status of X region, demonstrated the feasibility of the above schemes from multiple angles, finally planned and designed the system structure and function after securing its feasibility;(3) This paper also has provided detailed design of power company project management system, tested the completed system in detail, and corrected the defects which are found in the testing process timely.(4) In the implementation process of power company project management system, I write the code of function modules which is responsible by myself, including to design interface of system function module, to define function of different interfaces, to complete the call between clients and interfaces, then to design the database of power company project management system in detail, to complete the design of database E-R diagram and data dictionary, to plan and design database table of the system, finally to test the function module of the system in detail.After 16 months of intense design and implementation, the power company project management system is finally able to start on-line operation officially and successfully. Although it is relatively stable in the process of operation, there are still defects in power company project management system, which needs to be improved in its operation.
