| With the development of science and technology, the society is changing with each passing day. People’s overall living standard has been improved greatly, as a result of which, the car has become increasingly popular in modern life. Individual car dealers are constantly exploring new sales and management model to adapt to the incessant changes to maximize profits. As the major place for car sales, auto 4S shop has been widely recognized by consumers for its comfortable environment, strong brand awareness and other advantages. It can be said that most of the profits of car dealers are obtained from the automobile 4S shop. Now, however, relatively backwardness in collecting guests and management method of auto 4S shop results in lag when learning of the customers’ information in the process of selling, and may even loss of customers because of errors. While to the automobile 4S shop, the daily passenger volume and profit are closely related, only in the case of a large amount of guests will yield to the maximum profit. In order to avoid man-made causes of the loss of customers, decrease of the amount of guests as well as to learn of customer related information promptly by providing targeted services so as to increase car sales and profits, guests recognition and management system is designed and implemented for car 4S stores.Statistical number of customers into the store can be accurated approximately through face recognition technology and determine whether the customer had visited this 4S shop, then these received customers will be shown to the sales consultant who can make timely reception. In the design and implementation, hardware systems construction, face detection of guests recognition subsystem, face tracking, face recognition and other modules as well as design and implementation of various functional modules of guests in PC management subsystem terminal and mobile terminal, including user management, vehicle management, different roles of different functional modules and the like have been discussed in the thesis. Customers’information will be able to be updated and stored by sales consultants through this system while discarding traditional less efficiency ways by filling in the paper and then manually entered into the system by the relevant personnel. The real-time flows as well as file status can be viewed by commissioner with the system thus good arrangement of work can be done to avoid customer loss. Corresponding measures can be taken by the sales managers to increase sales by analyzing the information collected by the system in a certain period of time.Firstly, the background and significance as well as the research status in this paper are analyzed and discussed and then sales process, demand analysis, the structure of the whole system designation of the current 4S shop have been researched which is followed by the analysis of the hardware part of the system, including hardware construction and model selection, namely, camera and computer’s selection. A detailed analysis and implementation of guests recognition subsystem is also conducted, whose emphasis is on the designation and implementation of tracking and recognition algorithm. Further, the discussion of the implementation of guests management subsystem PC terminal and client terminal is carried out. And finally, the whole system is tested, the renderings is shown and the conclusion as well as the outlook are given,which includes the defect and the further research. |
