| In recent years, there are more and more patients who can not take care of themselves or confine to bed because of the severe aging situation, continuous traffic accidents and increasingly serious environmental problems. Along with the rapid development of economic and living standard, patients’request to the care which provided by outside is also getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is great of pressure for the society to care about patients, so how to let patients be comfortable and satisfied with the care is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of this present situation, an intelligent health care robot is designed in this paper. The robot has three working modes, which includes automatic mode, man-machine interaction mode and short distance wireless monitoring mode. It can help patients to realize functions of stool nursing, urine nursing, drying nursing, turnover and rehabilitation nursing and human parameters measuring, and there are synchronous LCD display and voice real-time broadcast assistant functions in the nursing process.First, this paper introduced the background and research significance of this subject, and the robot’s functions are determined in the situation of market research and various kinds of robots’ research status at home and abroad. At last according to the design principle of the robot and characteristics of its service objects, the design of the control system is made.Then, hardware circuits of the control system are designed. According to its various nursing functions, the main components of hardware design are selected. The hardware design is divided into lower computer circuit and nursing function circuit, which mainly includes controller peripheral circuit, USB serial communication circuit, RF circuit, stool(urine) sensing circuit, water (gas) pump driving circuit, pulse measuring circuit, LCD display circuit and voice broadcast circuit and so on.Third, software of the control system is designed. According to various types of peripheral equipments of the robot, the control system software design structure diagram is determined. Software design is based on modularization idea and the entire program is divided into host computer program, lower computer program and nursing function program, which mainly includes wireless monitoring interface design of PC, USB serial communication program, RF communication program and nursing function program and so on.Finally, performance tests of intelligent health care robot are conducted. Based on the combination of control system software and hardware, modular tests are accomplished first and then the integrated tests, the results are practical and stable. In addition, a large number of clinical performance tests are conducted to different types of patients in hospital, the test results show that the performance of the robot is satisfacted. |
