Traditional electronic sphygmomanometers are wide applied in our country, via the ease-of-use, data transmission and data sharing between doctors and patients are in the need of improvement, which thereforeinevitable are the results of the incidence of the hypertension, postponement of hospitalization and higher medical costs. The widespread of smart terminals has enabled a platform of outer transmission and data integration, thus provides inspection and user service, data sharing and interaction, as well as a channel for more medical resources and inspection service. The thesis puts the blood pressure inspection the research entrance, application technology of remote medicine and internet of things the study objects, and designs and implements the healthy inspection system based on mobile terminals via the study of both files and technology local and abroad.The thesis emphasizes the health inspection system with the target of chronic disease patients, establishes an overall system framework, implements terminal devices of remote medicine and health inspection on the basis of internet of things. Also basic medical action data collection and transmission enable personal basic medical and chronicle disease management. And the system includes the health inspection data analysis, instructions and searches, key physical index’ daily inspection and evaluation for remote chronicle disease patients also ensure the overall management of health risk elements for personal and colony service, with the introduction of portable mobile terminal products and service. Two subsystems are implemented, the blood pressure management app system, and personal cloud platform. The former system functions are as bellows, user registration, logging in page,Bluetooth link with sphygmomanometer, health record lookup pages. The cloud platform receives and shows data, calls attentions to exceptional index(those index not in critical fields). Logical functions are health sensors, mobile APP, platform data center and health inspection system. User data safety are included in the safe guarding framework, user certification, data access and safety storage are in the system management and safety strategy are generated.Here are the technical highlights. The thesis applies the middleware technology based on terminal medicine, supporting the integration data processing and service dispatching interface for upper application development, in view of difference process for various physical information collection protocols and data forms. Secondly the thesis emphasizes user friendly interface design with the improvement of Android platform development difficulties,and adapts different mobile terminal models and OS. The system expansion and framework flexibility enables rapid supports for future requirements.Tests cases are carried on during test program. Case bugs and defects per thousand source code lines are the test results of the proof for the system’s practical application. The thesis provides an overall management of personal and colony health risk elements, and the future application and expansion should be in good prospect.
