| With the rapid development of economy, consumers’requirements for the quality of products are increasing higher, which promotes the development of quality resource management system. Besides, the concept of Internet spreads quickly in the whole world, meaning that our future world cannot leave the Internet, or even depends on the Internet. Therefore, how to combine "Internet+" with the traditional quality resource management system to form a competitive quality resource management system which can meet the requirements of consumers has become an important research topic.Based on the development of domestic and foreign quality management system and the concept of "Internet+". this article combines "Internet+" with the traditional quality resource management system. The overall framework based on the "Internet+" quality resource management system is established according to the characteristics of the quality control process in enterprise production site and the management process of the resource management system. In this article. STM32F103 is used as the core controller to design the core part of the system:the hardware circuit of the data concentrator. What’s more, on the basis of W5100, the Ethernet module is designed to realize the cyberization of the system. And on the basis of hardware circuit, the software of data concentrator is designed. Besides, the paper designs online measurement data management software and interface software to achieve data visualization and data archiving management.The "Internet+" quality resource management system discussed in this article transmits the measurement data to the online measurement data software of the system through the network and then reformats it. The reformatted measurement data can be managed and analyzed by the next level of software. The measurement parameter can be set by the online measurement data software of the system. Interface software can enter different devices to collect and archive data. This system makes the quality management system of the enterprise networked, improves the quality and production efficiency of products as well as the competitiveness of enterprises, which confirms the necessity of studying and developing the "Internet+" resource management system. |
