Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of computer technology and the widespread application of Internet technology, more and more enterprises, social organizations, government departments and other organizations are beginning to use electronic office, information construction in all walks of life have become more and more important, which have greatly promoted the social production structure optimization, technological innovation and resource sharing, effectively improved the social productivity level and management level. In the context of the national information construction, the media company’s customer relationship management also put forward new requirements.The innovation of this paper belongs to the engineering application innovation, focuses on the discussion of diversification management, high flexibility, strong initiative stimulus, and realized the scientization and standardization of customer relationship management, therefore has reduced customer relationship management complexity and labor intensity, and has improved the level and quality of colleges and universities’ customer relationship management. Based on comprehensive reference in the design structure, combined with the actual needs of the system, we choose the B / S three layer architecture which combined the availability and simplicity. In system security, this paper also takes into account the hierarchical structure, role control, firewall and other security backup strategy, to provide comprehensive security defense system. Based on the system requirements analysis, the system is mainly divided into five modules, which includes clients plan, file management, performance management, salary management and system management, and each module can be subdivided into several sub modules. The database of the system is Microsoft Corp SQL Server2013; meanwhile NET framework provides a powerful ADO.NET database access technology in database access. We use the E-R diagram to establish concept model, and use the two dimension table to convert the conceptual model system for logic model. In addition, this paper selects the C5.0 decision tree algorithm to construct the loss early warning model, and modifies the model according to the degree of improvement, hit rate, and accuracy so on.In this paper, the media company’s customer relationship management system is developed strictly according to the structured program design process. First, the requirement analysis of the customer relationship management system is made, mainly including the feasibility study of the system, the main description of the business process, the division of the main function module of the system and non-functional requirements analysis; subsequent, a description of the design of customer relationship management system for media companies is made, including the structure design of the system and security strategy, and the detailed design of file management systems, salary management, performance management and customer planning. The object oriented.NET, three layer framework, is utilized for database design of the system. Besides, a conceptual and logical model of database are established; finally, the testing process of customer relationship management system, and deployment in the practical application are introduced, mainly including the testing environment and tools, test programs and test results and analysis.
