Took Pro/Toolkit as the secondary development method through the comparative analysis among several development methods, introduced the operating mode and basic grammar of Pro/Toolkiã€the process of creating Pro/Toolkit application the Pro/E menu customization and system dialog design.The paper research the key technology and logical process of realizing automatic assembly based on Pro/E secondary development. Summarized the essence of realizing automatic assembly, research the key technology such as the expression of assembly model treeã€the expression and acquisition of component locationã€the acquisition of component datum featureã€the component constraint imposed and so on. And take the radar slip ring as an example, introduced the implementation of its automatic assembly.In order to describle the structural characteristic of modular product more intuitive, and make a full use of the knowledge composition of modular product, the paper proposed a modular restructuring method based on knowledge reuse. The paper describled the knowledge base composition of modular product, realized modular matching through modular matching relation baseã€modular relationship adjacency matrix and modular matching searching algorithm, realized the conversion from interface constraint to geometric constraint through interface constraint base, round cut interface location and constraint conversion algorithm, describled the application idea of automatic assembly in modular restructuring and the data connection between them.The paper analyzed the structural characteristics of radar slip ring, established the technical program of the automatic assembly modular restructuring system, and make a detailed description of the system design and operation process.Through the above research, the paper developed the automatic assembly modular restructuring system of a certain type radar slip ring. Through the system, designers can quickly form the main structure of radar slip ring corresponding with the certain customer need, completed the automatic assembly function of radar slip ring and improve the design efficiency, it has a great value in terms of engineering practice. |
