As one of the representation of non-linear dynamic system [1], chaos has some characteristics which include unpredictability, irregular, pseudo-randomness, initial value sensitivity, boundaries and non-convergence [2].These characteristics make chaos have superior cryptography features. This lay a foundation for the study of the chaos theory and cryptography relationship. With the gradually development of multimedia and network communication, at the same time in the face of the safe transport problems of a variety of data format on the Internet, hash operation signature encryption in traditional IPTV system is facing huge threats and challenges.To apply chaotic mechanism in the field of communication is a breakthrough for cryptography, and a new direction for the IPTV system information security. The main research content of this paper are as follows:(1) Studying the data characteristic of one-dimensional signal, and the encrypted and decrypted simulation research of character file and audio file by chaotic sequence, and to analyze the application of IPTV system.(2) Studying the data characteristic of two-dimensional signal, and the encrypted and decrypted simulation research of image file by the single and compound chaotic sequence, to compare different ways of image encryption and to analyze the application of IPTV system.(3) Studying the data characteristic of two-dimensional signal, and the encrypted and decrypted simulation research of video file by the single and compound chaotic sequence, to compare different ways of image encryption and to analyze the application of IPTV system.Experiments show that the original signal has been disrupted by chaotic sequence modulation, it becomes irregular. For the theft it is impossible to obtain original signal which has disturbed by chaotic sequence modulation. The key of this kind of chaotic sequence has a large space, large amount of data and safety performance. By means of chaotic encryption, it can effectively avoid the disturb of exhaustive, refactoring, statistical concepts.If you want to get the original information you have to know the key. Due to the initial value sensitivity, when attack even one over one thousand of the error brought by the key information is different. At the same time, this article take two kinds of compound chaotic sequence encryption and decryption algorithm to improve the safety performance,using the function of synchronous encryption and decryption to eliminate the complex video encryption algorithm short time problem. By chaotic encryption one-dimensional,2 d and 3 d signal, applied to the regulation of IPTV platform of information security transmission, makes the program producers and consumers security use the IPTV regulation platform to watch the show. In this paper, it is through research the chaos encryption, transmission of voice, video, text and image encryption processing, so as to realize the security of information transmission.
