To be more specific, there are three ways of building ideal external library leisure functions. Firstly, it need to be built around the center a city. Secondly, it can have a unique facade. Thirdly, it must be environment friendly. On the other hand, there are two ways of building good internal aspects, a well designed internal structure with good decorations, and a set of modern high-tech facilities. Whatsmore, the makerspace and information-sharing space should not be ignored, because these two play a key role in building a new age of library leisure.Though the analysis of the leisure demand of the various types of library’s service objects,the specialty of leisure service in different type library has been summarized. The each kinds of library should change service concept, service content and service environment to display the leisure service features of each library. The library should make the improvement of the library leisure concept, leisure environment design, leisure service creative and carry out cooperation of leisure extension service for certain people with relevant institutions. Combining with the characteristics of the leisure of users, the servic e innovation based on entity library and network library should be created to improve th e development of library’ leisure service in our country.
