Congenital heart disease is a natural deficiency diseases, mainly in children appear, and there is hope for a cure by surgery, but this disease is discovered the sooner, the better the more timely treatment, and such the early symptoms of heart disease is not easy to find. Especially in remote rural or mountainous areas in China, the poor medical conditions, doctors rely mainly on auscultation judge to complete congenital heart disease, too many subjective factors, diagnosis of the disease is very limited. This has led some otherwise have the opportunity to cure the child lost the chance of cure, or even killed. And through the heart sound signal processing and analysis, we can well improve the situation, improve the diagnosis rate of such diseases.This article from the heart sound signals medicine principle, leads to heart sound theoretical basis for signal processing method, and then the process according to the digital heart sound signal processing will be introduced, including heart sound signal de-noising, envelope extraction, and to post explains how to automatically divide segment positioning. In the heart sound signal preprocessing, using a wavelet decomposition de-noising method, and uses normalized Shannon energy envelope extraction method, and finally introduces the digital signal processing method of breaking positioning common. And on the proposed automatic segmentation method of locating a new way for automatic segmentation positioning. First, in the quasi-peak detection of the original size of the comparative method to eliminate the peak point of all quasi-peak, followed in determining the true peak after, and then determine the first heart sound and second heart sounds based on the peak frequency point size. Using a variety of validation methods to improve the accuracy of automatic positioning segment.The angle of the main algorithm is the first sound and the second heart sound frequencies different in size, and by the time-frequency analysis of this validated, and automatic segmentation positioning method of implementation of the frequency heart sounds, and congenital heart patients with heart sound signals are processed and achieved good results.
