Students can’t concentrate in class that will directly affect their learning efficiency, which resulting in poor academic performance. In traditional education, teachers grasp students’ attention through their expression or posture difficultly. With the rapid development of the wearable device, EEG can be accurately detected by the technology based on EEG biofeedback. Students’ attention can be improved by combining a variety of training methods. It has important theoretical research value and broad application prospects. The paper conduct deep research on EEG feedback training, and an attention training system based on EEG Signal is developed, it provides a new method to improve students’ attention.Firstly, through the research about EEG and wearable device, the paper describes the traditional attention training method-mindfulness training, and research status of EEG Signal. It summarizes the problem of attention training methods, training and testing, and other aspects of the object. It describes the characteristics and classification of attention, and analysis the hazard of inattention and the training detection and methods of attention. It also describes the mindfulness training theory, and summed up the training methods. And I also studied the principle of BCI and mechanism of EEG feedback which can enhance attention.Secondly, I develop an attention training system. With the secondary development interface of EEG helmet, the system can extract the parameters for the attention of testing and training. And it can judge students’ basic physical health through the smart watch. I design the frame of the system, and the database, and specific functional modules. The system can collect the real-time treatment data of EEG attention, and carry out the efficiency. The heart rate and temperature data are also collected. Through system tests to demonstrate that the system can accurately reflect the students’ attention as well as the basic physical condition.Finally, based on the attention training system of this article, I propose a single training (mindfulness) and comprehensive training (EEG feedback training and mindfulness). By selecting the appropriate objects, experimental and control groups are designed, and combined with Shure special attention grid testing to carry on comparative study. The results showed that:excluding the impact of other personal factors, the experimental group relative to the control group, it can significantly improve attention, but also has a positive impact on students’ work efficiency, and attention increased more stable. After attention training for eight times, the attention is greatly increased after training, and the system can improve the attention of people by attention training.
