In the era of internet, people have a higher demand on the quality of wireless communication. Moreover the traditional cellular networks cannot satisfy the needs of mobile communication. In order to meet the growing demand of wireless communication, 3GPP proposes a novel network structure: Heterogeneous Networks(Het Nets), which integrates a set of small station into the deployment of macro cell. The small cell can make the distance between the user’s equipment and station shorter, so the channel condition may become better. And the small cell can also meet the requirement of communication by using a considerable low transmission power. However the development of Het Nets has been hindered by the low efficiency deployment and the high investment cost. It will take a huge amount of small cell to reach the coverage requirement. Without an effectively deployment, we cannot make full use of the Het Nets.According to the problem of Het Nets, a method of deployment which is based on crowdsourcing is given in this thesis. And the game theory is adopted to formulate the optimal network transmission strategy. In this method, the operator is not the only player of the deployment, some independent groups can also be involved in the deployment of Het Nets. The operator provides payoffs to the groups for the purpose of transmission which initiated by the operator. After completing the transmission task, the groups can get revenue from the operator. By using this method, the operator can not only reduce the cost in deployment but also accelerate the speed of Het Nets deployment. The method of game theory is used for analyzing the conflict of interest between the operator and the groups. Finally both the operator and the groups get a satisfied state. However, some small station deployed by the groups can be useless to the network. So, an enhanced method of deployment based on crowdsourcing is also given in this thesis. It is necessary to set a small station rejection mechanism. With this mechanism, the inferior small station will be deleted, and the performance will get further growth. The inferior small station to this macro may be the alright small station to the other macro. It can participate in the deployment of the station that raises the utilization of the wireless communication node in the whole network. The numerical results show that the method of Het Nets deployment based on crowdsourcing can make the operator and the cooperative partners achieve the maximum profit at same time, it can ensure the stability of the transmission as well. With the rejection mechanism, the inferior partners can be eliminated and the performance of the system can be further improved.
