In the late 1990 s of 20 th Century, Chinese telecommunications industry witnessed its rapid development. During nearly 20 years of management, each operator has always put ensuring and enhancing the quality of telecommunications network as priority. Wherein, the running state of communication device and the environment of telecom room is the top priority of network quality guarantee. In the early stage of socialist construction, telecom room relied on personnel maintenance; the personnel conducted regular inspection and adjustment. In case the equipment went breakdown or failure, personnel carried out repairs only after failure occurred. Furthermore, this action could not predict failure, so it will lose the valuable time for on-site maintenance, and production cannot be guaranteed, resulting in economic losses and bringing inconvenience of enterprise management. If people want to keep abreast of telecom room equipment unattended, the most convenient way is to apply real-time monitoring system. The application of dynamic environment monitoring system solves the problem of traditional room.To protect the power and environmental equipment in telecom room in a safe condition at all times, we should implement automatic monitoring and data processing to the equipments. This monitoring system executes comprehensive monitoring and management of power supply, environment, air conditioning, fire protection and access control; it can realize real-time monitoring, recording and alarm. In the meantime, the system will automatically collate and backup acquired data, providing guarantee for effective operation of the communication system.Combining scenario analysis above, the significance of this thesis to communication productions is more prominent. The thesis analyzes key technical points in system structure, network topology, hardware and system firmware. The paper first introduces the overall concept of monitoring system, and analyzes the status quo of monitoring system home and aboard. In following sections, it describes major aspects of key technology, overall design structure, hardware equipment and firmware implementation. Finally, the article does research into event notification, real-time data storage, and real-time data reporting method of the environment monitoring system, which complete the design study and implementation work of the dynamic monitoring system as a whole.
