Industrial design products which condensed the technologies, processes and relationships of human beings are often viewed as the crystallization of the science and art of human society. Product design, process of shaping the product image and catering for user’s needs, become an important means for many enterprises to participate in market competition. Great development of material in today’s society, technology and other aspects allows the user to a gradual shift in demand and the expectation of products, from the traditional focus on form to the recent focus on meaning and content, so the point of design is also gradually shift from the aspects of objects to the user’sside. The latest direction of products design is human behavior, namely how to interact with people and people’s behavior in the using process. Product designer, decision makers and manufactureis need to pay more attention to the user behavior, reflects the user’s concern in the product design. It become one of the emerging research direction that how to combine the user behavior analysis with product design. In this paper applied the system theory of user behavior analysis to the design of laptop computer product, is the theoretical application in the field of product design and development, and exploration of user behavior analysis of laptop computer products. The research and application of the theory system in the field of product design is still in its infancy, hope this exploration and application can promote its development.In this paper, the product design method based on user behavior analysis are mainly aimed at the current two main problems:one is how to effectively collect the user data, especially in view of the user behavior data collection; The second is how to guide product design through the analysis of user behavior data and obtain valuable design results. According to these two problems, this article first to collect and organize existing user behavior research theory and methods on product design, put forward product identity design based on user behavior analysis method. Second study laptop computer products to users and user behavior experiment based on user behavior analysis, collect the necessary information and collect all the information into a more concrete design elements in product identification toolbox, so as to effectively guide the product design.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed research methods, at the end of this paper, take the design for Samsung laptop computer products for example of the application of product identity design based on user behavior analysis method as the design practice, and evaluate the design scheme, the evaluation results confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
