With the rapid development of control theory and computer technology, the control designer has not only been limited to solve various types of underlying control problems but also to handle the problems of integrated automation caused by information integration of the upper management. Recently since raw material price and labor wage soaur, the cost pressure of garment enterprises is increasing. The greatest impact on the cost of which is the cutting process, thus, if it can optimize the cutting process, it will has a significant meaning to the production cost reducing. Therefore, this paper studies the cutting distribution issue of a garment enterprise, and a multi-objective optimization cutting distribution management system which can realize multi-objective optimized cutting distribution and greatly raise the efficiency of mrker making is designed and implemented. The system can not only reduce production costs for enterprises, but it can improve production efficiency.Firstly, based on the actual situation and the needs of customer, this paper carried out a detailed needs analysis survey for multi-objective optimization cutting distribution management system. After defining the main objectives, business process, functional system design was completed.Based on the obtained information from needs analysis, according to the actual situation of cutting beds and the order information, multi-objective optimization model was established with material costs, utilization, cutting time as optimal goal. With relevant model optimization, particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to solve the model. The result of history order testing shows all aspects of performance have been substantially optimized.Then this paper pointed out that the mode of standalone serial typesetting mode existed drawbacks and proposed a mark generation systems based on distributed computing ideas. After designing the mark typesetting system’s physical infrastructure, the paper gave the system the program flow, and task scheduling were studied. The result of comparative testing laboratories verified the correctness of the system design and the efficiency of mark typesetting.Finally, we designed the overall framework of the management system, and system database modeling was done which was used in functions and services. Detailed description of the establishing methods for system database was given. Then this paper describes the principles and ideas of software development and interface design followed by syetem software development, and select a number of representative examples to analyze the difficulties and focus of system implementation in detail. |
