| Silkworm breeding has a long history in China, but the silkworm breeding mainly are dominated by retail-oriented, fresh cocoon small batch and many varieties,acquisition time is concentrated. Water content of fresh cocoon shells and dried shell quantity are two important indexes in the quality detection of fresh cocoon, and these two indexes are the main basis for pricing and trading of fresh cocoon in China. At present, the realtime performance of fresh cocoon testing equipment is poor, as a result of a bigger error. Therefore, research about a water content of cocoon shells and dried shell quantity intelligent device for rapid detection has important application values. In this paper, the research work is carried out as follows:(1) Researches show that the conductive property of cocoon layer is related to the water content of fresh cocoon shells, based on Four Probe Method design a kind of intelligent sensor for measuring the water content of fresh cocoon she lls, which makes the water content of cocoon shells testing real fast. The mathe matical model of the water content of cocoon shells and the output signal of the sensor is established by using the MATLAB least square fitting, meeting the qu artic polynomial relation, the correlation coefficient was 0.996. Experiments show that the conductivity cocoon layer moisture sensor measurement errors are less t han 0.98%.(2) Because the dielectric constant of water is much larger than the properties of silk fibers and air, when the cocoon layer contains water, the dielectric constant of fresh cocoon layer changes as its water content change. Based on RLC series high frequency oscillation circuit design, research a intelligent sensor of testing water content of fresh cocoon shells, make the water content of cocoon shells testing real fast. The change of water content in the medium of parallel plate capacitor in RLC circuit, loop impedance changes, and then affect the RLC series circuit current. The mathematical model of the water content of cocoon shells and the loop current is established by using the MATLAB least square fitting, meet the quadratic polynomial relation, correlation coefficient is 0.994. Experiments show that the RLC high frequency oscillation method cocoon layer moisture sensor measurement errors are less than 0.94%.(3) Experiments show that the fresh silkworm Chrysalis in the 50 to 60 degreesCelsius, within 5 minutes, the water still remains the same, fresh cocoon moisture change is caused by the fresh cocoon silk of cocoon layer water loss, according to the characteristic, using the method of changing the moisture content of cocoon layer and two weighing, which can realize rapid and nondestructive measurement of fresh cocoon shell weight. Its measurement error is less than 2.1%.(4) Developed a set of intelligent weighing, water content of cocoon shells and dried shell quantity of intelligent rapid detection data access, data processing calculation and display in one of the water content of cocoon shells and dried shell quantity of intelligent rapid detection hardware device, as well as the software, which makes the device realize intelligent detection; At the same time, developed a RLC high frequency oscillation water content of cocoon shells and dried shell quantity of intelligent rapid detection system which includes hardware and software. The two detection time is less than 5 minutes. Respectively on two detection method of accuracy and stability testing,to the conductance measurement device, water content of cocoon shells measurement errors are less than 0.98%, the dried shell quantity measurement errors are less than2.1%; in order to the measurement system of RLC high-frequency oscillation, water content of cocoon shells errors are less than 0.94%, the dried shell quantity measurement errors are less than 2.04%. The two detection systems not only can decrease testing time, but also have high accuracy and stable performance. |
