With the development of modern information industry, the combination of traditional industry and informatization is more and more closely. The Eighth session of the Fifth plenary session has pointed out the future innovation and development direction of the ‘Internet +’. At the same time, businesses also actively adjust the industrial structure and change the mode of development, The traditional ‘mechanical’ coarsening development mode has been shifting in the direction of ‘informatization’ fine development. Promoting the informatization of railway engineering machinery equipment management is particularly urgent in the field of railway construction industry. The efficient management of construction equipment is the most basic requirement and the fundamental guarantee of the railway construction enterprise development. Construction units need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to supervise and control the equipment based on the traditional document management mode, and the efficiency is relatively low, at the same time the management is also confusion. In order to solve this problem, this subject has been further studied.The concept, the present situation at home and abroad and the future development trends of the railway construction enterprise equipment information management system has been introduced firstly. Followed by the correlation analysis of the tools related to this system and the detailed exposition and analysis of the processes of the railway construction enterprise device management are made. Then the architecture design and development plan of the railway construction enterprise equipment management system based on J2 EE has been put forward which include the system overall design, database design, function module design and development, etc. Finally, the performance of this system and the application environment has been tested and analyzed, the development deficiency of the system has been summarized, and the expansion of system function in the future has been prospected.This system is developed with Java which can protect the cross-platform of system, and prepared for the mobile client interface to Android in the future. The popular JQuery EasyUI framework has been used in the system, which combined with the requirements of railway construction enterprise equipment management specific. The user rights has been used as the core of the system management, which according to the actual need to add the role and authorization, programming USES the multi-layer hierarchical structure system, has laid a good groundwork for the future system’s function extension. SQL Server 2008 R2 was the database, which provided for the system stable, safe and efficient data protection.
