Design And Realization Of Gateway Group Commercial Real Estate Projects Bidding Management System

Jiacheng Group is one of Hong Kong-invested enterprises, and commercial real estate project is one of its four business forums. Its commercial real estate projects conform to the needs of modern urban complex development, but current inefficient and disorderly method of bidding management seriously affected the project development, and at the same time, restricted he relationship between enterprises and outside society, leaded to falling corporate credibility. Facing this situation, we can learn from the same industries’ bidding management researches, then, must develop and implement a enterprise bidding management system.The main purpose of this paper is to design and implement a bidding and purchasing management system based on commercial real estate projects. Firstly, based on the characteristics of commercial real estate projects of Jiacheng Group, start from system’s requirement analysis, and master the process of bidding and purchasing management project combining with the characteristics of the workflow. Use a variety of methods, such as dynamic modeling, to carry on system requirements analysis, and summarize bidding and purchasing requirements for commercial real estate projects. Then, on the basis of requirements analysis, use the function modules to conduct system related design, meanwhile explain the system design ideas from the perspective of the business in detail. The system in this paper used database technology, and a detailed description and explanation of system database design of data entities and relationships between entities and entities was shown in it. At last, from the aspect of implementation and testing proved practicality and reliability. Friendly user interface reflected the system implementation process and user interface friendliness, and prove the process’ availability and high-efficiency of Jiacheng Group commercial real estate projects biding and purchasing management system.According to the characteristics of bidding and purchasing management system, the system core used SOA architecture framework, and modular design, Jiacheng Group commercial real estate projects bidding and purchasing management system was implemented.
