The 12 th five-year plan has given clear instructions for the development of China’s general aviation. With the gradual opening of low-altitude airspace and improvement of the corresponding laws and regulations, the general aviation industry in China will usher in an unprecedented development opportunity. The CSSC Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. seizes the development opportunity of China’s general aviation and launches a package solution of airports information technology services, including the low-altitude aircraft dynamic monitoring system, maintenance management systems, data centers and hangar management system. This paper primarily applies to the informatization airports construction against the background of the design and implementation of hangar management system.At present, the conditions of medium and small general aviation hangar are universally shabby and the facilities are relatively backward, most of the hangar management has been originally taken by hand records. With the expansion of the hangar scale, the artificial information processing method tends to be inefficient; the informatization construction of hangar management thus is imminent.Through practical research, this paper clarifies the business requirements of the hangar management system, utilizes the Django framework of Python and the C # Winform framework, integrating hardware and software resources, and ultimately makes the hangar management system come true.The main works and innovations are as follows:1、By learning the current management situation of the medium and small hangar, studying and analyzing the problems and inadequacy of the current hangar management, this paper explains the research significance and application value of the hangar Management System. After a review of the relevant literature, this paper introduces the RFID technology into the hangar management system. It selects the Django framework building system according to the actual needs of the system and introduces Django framework and the deployment server of the system-Nginx.2、This paper designs the overall scheme of the hangar management system by analyzing the summary of the system requirements. Hardware and software design of the system are described in details respectively in this paper. Hardware description includes the hardware deployment architecture, the design and selection of hardware products and the communications with software. Software design includes the software architecture design, the main business process design, module design and background database design.3、with the Django framework of Python and C # Winform framework, it achieves a hangar management systems, including three subsystems of warehouse management subsystem, master control information and monitoring subsystem. By integrating software and hardware resources, a complete system-level solutions is ultimately formed, not only to meet business needs of the treasury manager for storage, delivery and inventory queries, but also to improve the safety of the hangar by the installation of multiple cameras and temperature and humidity sensors and other hardware facilities to conduct intelligent warehouse monitoring.
