The Study And Application Of Bus Monitoring System Based On Mobile Internet And Stream Media

As the leading city public transportation, the bus has vital functions. The process of urbanization and growth of city population not only increased the degree of dependence on the public transit system, but also put forward new challenges to the management of public transport at the same time. Establishment and optimization of intelligent transportation system can improve the public traffic system in the city management level and improve the efficiency of public transport. How to improve the management level of urban public transportation system as well as the efficiency of public transportation is a very important issue. Through the development of public transportation monitoring system, it can improve the level of public transportation information management system, and provide information and technical support for the bus dispatching decision.The article regards the bus monitoring system project as the background,according to the small wireless network transmission bandwidth and the changes of signal strength, improves technology for video surveillance streaming quality of service(QoS) research, then reduces system streaming media playback delay of user generated negative impact through the research of user experience quality QoE technology. Then it takes the bus monitoring system as the basis, completes system design, and realizes the function of bus monitoring system. Finally, it verifies the effectiveness of the system and QoS through system test.This paper mainly achieved the following results:(1) It proposes bus monitoring system QoS improvement scheme based on research on QoS improvement of technology, studies the principle of adaptive QoS Technology, designs the adaptive hierarchical selection algorithm, realizes the QoS module through coding, presents test method for the performance of the algorithm,and verifies the algorithm performance. Based on the research of user experience quality QoE technology, it optimized the quality of the system user experience through the improvement of QoE.(2) It analyses the detailed needs for bus monitoring system, describes the system’s functional and non-functional requirement, and completes the system design and database design on this basis, designs different business aiming at the control terminal, server and display terminal.(3) It realizes functions of security control terminal, server and display terminal basing on the analysis and design of bus monitoring system, and realizes the bus monitoring system through coding. Meanwhile it tests the function of the system,verifies that the quality of the system fulfills the actual requirements. It tests the performance of the self-adapt module and proves the effectiveness of the algorithm.Bus monitoring system provides a complete solution for the information management of public transportation group cooperation, and it improves the intelligence and work efficiency of monitoring business. System design method and the technology used in implementation process provide the idea for future transportation system information and intelligent development.
