| As the mobile Internet and the rapid extension of intelligent terminals, mobile operators data traffic surge. Mobile operators urgently need real-time control of user credit, reducing the arrears, lower bad debt costs, effective control of operational risk. Meanwhile, with the data services and value-added services to become carriers of new business growth point, customers want to achieve the flexibility to switch payment methods, consumer information, real-time notification. Therefore, the planning and construction traffic online billing system has become the current domestic and foreign large telecom operators to improve their ability to support the important tasks.This paper analyzes the development in related areas on the basis of the status and trends introduced traffic(GPRS) service control process design. Transformation through the GGSN, and GGSN to make online billing system with real-time interactive capabilities of the device. In the business user before use, after the relevant information is passed to the GGSN traffic online billing system, flow line system based on the user’s tariff policy is calculated, and to calculate the results back to the GGSN, then the GGSN to control the user using business.Based on flow-line control theory, combined with practical application, the design of traffic online charging system functional modules, including: IPC resource management, network interface platform, credit control, regular quantitative output, log output, overtime scanning, file merging, lists audit system interface. Implementation and offline charging systems and the integration of voice online system, standardize the online charging system, the external interface, analysis processes. Experiments show that the flow of design and development of online billing system to meet needs, to achieve the desired results. |
