Accompanied by challenges, the rapid development of e-commerce has brought the infinite opportunity to express enterprises in China. Facing with the challenges, China’s private express enterprises must constantly optimize the business process. We can realize business process optimization by two ways, the first is removing original redundant business processes or merging synchronized processes; the second is technology upgrades. In order to optimize business process for express enterprises, this thesis introduces how to using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)technology to replace the original barcode technology.This thesis deeply analyses RFID technology characters and the disadvantages of current express enterprises, and puts forward the view that applies RFID to technology to express enterprises and implements the optimization of the key link. In this thesis,main work and achievements are as follows:1. RFID technology concept, basic composition and working principle are instructed. Analyzing and comparing RFID technology with other automatic identification technologies, and making conclusion of advantages of RFID technology.2. Firstly, for express enterprise business processes, three key links which restrict distribution efficiency are summarized: package, transportation and transit. Secondly, it analyzes the specific business process of each link. Finally, the feasible solutions are put forward to solve the problems of each link. Through a thorough knowledge of existing processes, this thesis choose the transfer transport link as a cutting point to study the optimization problems of the overall business processes.3. The original process modeled by Petri net adapted the method of incidence matrix to analyze its dynamic performance, the results show that the model is feasible,living and bounded, and the simulation result is normal by Expect software, meanwhile,it is also in line with the time that the current delivery business process takes. The optimization measures are put forward to optimize the original processes. By modeling the process after optimization with Petri net and analyzing its dynamic characteristic by the method of incidence matrix, the results also shows the optimized Petri net is feasible,living and bounded. The Expect software is used to simulating the optimized model toobtain the time taken in the optimizing process.Two group datas both before and after optimization shows the feasibility of optimization measures put forward in this thesis, which could achieve the goal of process optimization. Those will improve the efficiency of the express enterprise distribution, and reach the purpose of enhancing the core competitiveness of express enterprise. The research of this thesis provides reference for the application of RFID technology in the process of express enterprises in China.
