In the daily study and life, mathematical formula is not a pronunciation standard. Therefore common pronunciation tends to be empirical and randomness, which makes the mathematical formula pronunciation have higher differences and higher ambiguity. In this paper, we mainly study how simple and efficient method to avoid mathematical formula pronunciation ambiguity.we hope that contributed to the mathematical communication, speech synthesis and information accessibility aspects.Firstly, this paper research achievement of the domestic and foreign, and overview and summarize the characteristics of existing mathematical pronunciation methods. Then according to the different combination forms of operators and operands, the mathematical formula divided into pronunciation ambiguity types and non ambiguous types. By experiment, the average entropy and average reading confirmed the ambiguity classification of the rationality and validity. Finally, we design a regulations MathVer(Mathematical Formula Verbalization in Chinese) it avoid mathematical formula reading ambiguity of a specification.MathVer based on the analyzing pronunciation ambiguity reasons and make interpretations.operator sequence of pronunciation change and introducing modifier rules to avoid ambiguity in pronunciation. It is a combined with daily pronunciation rules and general strong pronunciation rules. The experiments demonstrated that the use of the rule can effectively reduce the ambiguity in pronunciation and shortening length of pronunciation.
