| This paper which based on the background that our laboratory planning to develop a new servo control system. By analyzing drawbacks of the existing laboratory servo control system communication interface and research on the development of Ethernet technology in the field of industrial control.The authors suggest the imp rovement of laboratory servo control system communication interface research.The main work of this paper are as follows;(1)The article points out the disadvantages of the traditional la b now use bus technology and analyzes the Ethernet technology in indus trial control applications feasibility and advantages;(2)Comparison of several popular industrial Et hernet technology, and also analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Then choose a suita ble industrial Ethernet that named Ether Net / IP as the focus of this study. Details of the communication principle Ether Net / IP technology, focusing on the Ether Net / IP to resolve uncertainties transmission CSMA / CD mechanism;(3)Involved in the design of th e next generation of servo cont rol card, and then select TI’s dual-core chips F28M36 as the m aster chip.Use the platform as Ether Net / IP’s slave hardware platform.Details of the communication interface portion control card designed by the author;(4)Based ODVA given slave design specificati ons, then select the overall design method. We decided to use R TOS + em bedded TCP / IP protocol stack + CIP + network chip driver source code exa mples manner layer by layer tr ansplantation. And then were transplanted embedded operating sy stem u C / OS-II, em bedded TCP / IP protocol Lwip, CIP ENet IP_EC sample code and a network chip driver.(5)Test the slave module, demonstrate the effectiveness of the slave portable. Then test an embedded Ether Net / IP to serial module EIP341 L.This Paperbased laboratory using self-designe d drive reality, and eventually will n eed to purchase commercial and industrial Ethernet code m aster and slav e, the author in order to improve communication interface servo con trol card as the starting point, in order to achieve industrial Ethernet hardware platform from the station and software migration for the purpose of the final design of the fi rst generation of servo c ontrol card, and Ether Net / IP slave, the entire design in software and hardware to ensure that the irreplaceable and u niversal design of each module.Finally, the paper points out the shortcom ings of the design, and m ade suggestions for improvement. |
