With the increase of the chip power and the degree of integration, the heat dissipation problem becomes more and more prominent. It has become one of the factors that have to be considered. Scholars from all over the world are competing to develop various forms of heat sink. But it is not as good as it is anticipated in many ways. In this paper, a new type of heat sink is designed. It combines the unique power system and the radial micro channel heat sink technology. Such factors make it has many advantages.According to the characteristics and requirements of the radiator, put forward a single-phase cooling liquid pump power system. It relies on the electromagnetic drive. Then solve the problem of impeller rotating stall, high temperature fluid reflux, fluid sealing, electromagnetic induction heat and so on through the practical design and two essential experimental verifications. According to the comprehensive analysis of the experimental results, can get the working characteristic of the power system in the range of operating conditions and the conclusion that the power system could be the power to drive the micro channel cooling fluid.This paper also develops a kind of micro channel cooling head whose shape is radical. Use the method of numerical study and the orthogonal design. The boundary condition is relay on some parameters of the power system. The optimal results are obtained under the certain boundary conditions. The analysis of the flow and heat transfer characteristics can also be made. Then analyze the special circumstances of the singular point and the strength of various level of impact on the cooling efficiency, flow resistance loss and temperature uniform. The design principle of the radial type micro channel can be obtained.Comparative study of the designed radial type cooling head with the most common linear micro channel cooling head in the market is made. First to take a case as a preliminary comparative study, the preliminary findings are that the radial type has the smaller flow resistance loss and better thermal performance and temperature uniformity. By comparing the linear type micro channel cooling head obtained from orthogonal design of linear optimal structure with the radial type cooling head. The radical type is relay on the design principle. Find that the radial type radiator has more advantages.Use the magnetic transmission hydraulic pump and a set of radial micro channel heat sink to design and processing the radiator. Then finish the whole test bench. The goal and function of the radiator which is devised before are successfully completed. Some stable working points are determined. Some of the conditions and the principle of how to make optimization design of the heat dissipation are obtained. By comparing the single-phase micro circulation radiator with the same air cooling form which has non micro channel radiator, the design of the new type radiator is found to have more advantages. This kind of radiator also has very big improvement space.
