Today is an era of information technology and network. Naturally, the development of the enterprise can not be separated from the support of IT services. ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library), the information technology infrastructure library which provides a valuable reference for the improvement and supervision of the IT service quality in the company. The advantage of ITIL is that it combines IT and business closely together, so that it can maximize the return of IT investment for businesss. This paper deals with the incident that the company’s other business departments submitted, which is mainly based on the ITIL incident management scheme. This paper focuses on the core problem of event processing to carry out the work which takes the process specification in ITIL as the guide, designs the incident process engine which drives business jump and solve the problem of extended warning through distributed timing tasks and so on.This paper implemented incident flow engine of driving incident business jump, mainly including the definition and implementation of flow engine. This part can be extracted as a common module, and provides other business departments which need to achieve process management to use directly, and it can carry out customized development according to the specific situation.In this paper it discussed the current development situation of distributed lock, and then according to the needs of the business, it implemented distributed exclusive lock based on Zoo Keeper. It can solve the problem of which each server competes lock resource commonly. The problem is that when one of the server lock successful, the other servers waiting for the lock resource is released, they commonly compete for locking resource. Meanwhile it solved the problem when the server occurs failure which possesses the exclusive lock, it can automatically release the lock resource.According to the business needs of the system, this paper also reference Fast Leader election algorithm of Zoo Keeper and individually designed and realized a kind of Fast Leader election algorithm which is suitable for the system. The algorithm realized cluster has an automatic election in start-up process to produce a master server. Meanwhile, it also achieved the job when the main server crashed in the running process, the rest of the server automatically enter the electoral process to re elect the principal server. Thereby, it can solve the timing task management problem in cluster server.Finally, the system is tested and it is in good condition. The test results of each function module meet the expectation. For the entire business, the incident processing system can solve the incident submitted by other business department s more quickly. Through setting extended warning function, it plays a supervisory role in the aspect of staff dealing with the incident work, improve the staff’s work efficiency. IT departments can effectively and reasonably allocate incident handlers to avoid the loss of events and service requests, and to improve the satisfaction of customer.
