In recent years, production safety accidents have also occurred.This paper is directed against the problems exist in safety management of one photovoltaic enterprise in Jiangsu, researches to establish production safety warning index calculation model in photovoltaic enterprise with corresponding data import and warning output, and has significance to the effective control of production safety accidents and effectively improve the level of enterprise safety management. Through the corresponding theoretical analysis of establishment of enterprise production safety warning index calculation model, according to the content of "enterprises production safety warning system technology standards in industry and trade field such as metallurgical industry and etc."(Trial), and the production characteristics of photovoltaic enterprise, and on the basis of selection index factor principle, the paper researches the warning index preliminary delete selection of 5 factors, such as people, objects, environment, management, accident. Based on the number of the enterprise’s daily hidden accident investigation report, rectification class, monitoring data of instrumentand meter, combined with the effect evaluation of enterprise’s three level safety education training,the effect evaluation, leveland the number of persons ofemergency drill, and analysis of cause of accident and attempted incident, identify, extract useful information, the paper selected five warning index of potential accidents, safety education training, emergency drills and production safety accidents, etc., adopt analytic hierarchy process, study and establish the enterprise production safety warning index system, set by weight. The analysis of Grey forecasting theory researches and establishes production safety warning index forecasting calculation model, and on the basis, analysis, import, export the corresponding data, forecasting the production safety trends in the future, provides the future production safety forecasting report for enterprise, warn the danger enterprise will face, so that the enterprise can make the appropriate response measures in advance to avoid all kinds of attempted incidents, accidents.The application and establishment of production safety warning index system of GD solar, lay a solid foundation for the visualization and information management promotion of enterprise production safety.
