With the popularity of mobile Internet and cloud computing technology, cloud-based healthcare has been proposed in 2009, it uses technologies such as cloud computing, cloud storage, cloud services, networking, mobile Internet, along with the assist from medical institutions, experts, medical research institutions, medical manufacturers to provide real-time, on-line, latest body data collection, health management, disease treatment, disease diagnosis and other medical services and data acquisition equipment for medical patients or people with similar needs. Relying on the ZhongKeHuiKang healthcare platform, this paper aims to develop a system that collects health information on the Internet through a distributed crawler and provide the latest health news and information for more than 20,000 users on the platform.Implementation of this health information platform is divided into two parts, one part is to collect health information through distributed crawlers. By reading researches on distributed crawler architecture and the Peer to Peer Theory, this paper improves Kademlia protocol and uses it to design a decentralized distributed crawler architecture; another part is to use a unified API approach and the health information collected by the distributed crawlers above to implement health information browsing on the Web and the mobile platform. After actual experiments, the distributed crawler architecture proposed in this paper can effectively avoid the disadvantages in the master-slave architecture such as uneven load, poor scalability, deployment problems in WLAN, and has good scalability and fault tolerance. Besides, this kind of architecture could provide another perspective for other distributed systems.
