With the rapid development of Internet technology, information technology equips traditional communication business with more efficient and richer means of achievement. ICT comes up in the gradual fusion of IT and CT. Relying on ICT,enterprise UC(Unified Communication) integrates varieties of communication methods to improve the efficiency of communication and collaboration among employees and becomes the focus of this filed. Providing customizable open interface by consolidating authentication, connection management, IM, video conference, data transmission through P2 P, Web-based enterprise UC terminal development kit, which can effectively reduce the deployment cost of UC product with the characteristics that cross-platform and high fusion degree, helps much in the transition to PaaS of enterprise UC providers.Focusing on the development kit for the Web-based enterprise UC terminal, the paper introduced the background and significance of the subject firstly, and presented the concept of UC,followed by an analysis of the influence of Web and PaaS on UC.Then a detail describe of related technology was presented such as Web real-time communication, MQTT, WebRTC, Web storage. During the kit’s design, a five layer modular architecture was proposed according to the demand. Afterwards, it introduced the event access layer design based on observer pattern, described authentication and connection management process, defined MQTT based format of IM, and gave the overall framework design of IM, completed the design of conference system based on WebRTC and signaling format for P2 P file transmission, finished abstracting out the layer of the network connection of low coupling. In the implementation part of the paper,programming process was showed in the form of a class diagram. Finally, this kit was applied to the ICT service platform to verify its availability, then analysis its reliability from the aspects of compatibility and stability.
