Currently, lights, fans and other electrical equipment provided in the high-rise teaching buildings today are controlled by the students to freely open and close generally, however, students often forget to turn off the actual use of such electrical equipment or still turn on all lights when classrooms are lit will result in a serious waste of electrical energy. Simultaneously, the large mobility of the classroom personnel caused inconvenience for the management staff of school buildings to control classroom building electricity management. For this phenomenon, in this paper we used different kinds of sensor equipment to propose and design a teaching building energy-saving control system combining wireless communications with special, high practicality embedded technology.Firstly, this paper analyzed the development and the advantages together with the disadvantages of the current energy-saving control systems, proposed the working principle and overall frame design of the energy-saving control system of teaching building according to research object. The energy-saving control system of teaching building consisted of the mainframe circuit, the multi-sensor acquisition circuit and the wireless communication module. The mainframe module was mainly responsible for intelligent control of the system; the multi-sensor acquisition circuit was responsible for the various information acquisition from classrooms and passing it on. The mainframe circuit and the multi-sensor acquisition circuit communicated with each other using ZigBee passthrough device; the mainframe and upper computer communicated with each other through serial port,thus realizing intelligent monitoring on the interface of the PC components.Secondly, this paper based on μC/OS-II real-time operating system, the software section included main program control task, signal acquisition task, driving task, data wireless emission and receiving tasks and so on. Multiple tasks were integrated to control the whole system. This paper used Visual Basic 6.0 design interface and set up PC monitoring and management system which could centralized scheduling and managing teaching buildings with the functions of protection, monitoring and communications; In addition, this paper proposed a two-level test system which could detect the number of persons in the classrooms,the first level test could detect the total number of persons, the second level test can be monitored to detect the areas where the persons were in the classroom, two tests can tell the total number and the scope of the current location of the persons in the classrooms and achieve the energy-saving control of the teaching buildings more effectively.Experimental test results showed that the system could combine the temperature and light intensity captured of the classroom with the number and distribution locations of persons in the classroom,achieving the data wireless transmission and completing the intelligent control of the numbers and positions of classroom lights and fans to open,to a certain extent to solving the resource waste problem of teaching building; it was convenient for the management staff of school buildings to conduct the teaching building intelligently management which was flexible and without big specifications wiring to save a lot of manual input, reduce construction cost, result in good network stability and strong practicability.
