| With the development of economic globalization, more and more enterprises pay attention to the management of production logistics, and at the same time the production logistics of this "iceberg" concealed huge economic benefits under the surface of the water. Analysis of the optimization of production logistics system will play an important role in reducing logistics costs and improve enterprise efficiency. Due to the diversity of the modern market demand, the way of multi-variety and small batch production logistics is required to continuous optimization. And the production logistics systems are becoming more and more complicated. With the rapid development of computer technology, domestic and foreign researchers put production logistics and simulation technology combined use that is also becoming more common. Intuitive data analysis capabilities and simulation technology to optimize production logistics provide an effective and feasible ways and means.This paper takes A company S class remote control production logistics system as an example, and proposes using Petri net model and ExtendSim simulation technology to optimize production logistics system. First, the remote control production processes and production logistics system based on actual surveys, and that is analyzed by using the theory of lean production. To solve the problems in the system, this paper will make an optimization program. Secondly, each process in the production logistics system will be analyzed by Petri net model, and this paper will be planning on production logistics simulation analysis to identify bottlenecks and unreasonable step by using the discrete ExtendSim simulation model and that will optimize processes based ESCRI method and proposed final optimization. Finally, test the feasibility of the program. After optimization of each process it can be found that the utilization of production equipment have improved significantly, saving human resources, reduce production cost and improve the company’s operating efficiency.The results have significance for the optimization of production and logistics. It can be promoted in the same type of business. And lean production logistics theory is applied to the production logistics system optimization, it can guide practice. |
