The Develepment Of Public Fund Industry

This paper firstly analyzes the general situation of domestic publicfund industry, which includes its history and current situation, indicatingthat problems come along with the achievements.In the second part, the development of mature U.S. fund industry isanalyzed, which mainly discusses its scale, products’ quantity,innovations of all kinds, etc. It also analyzes the reason that the fundindustry grows strong.This analysis provides good contrast and reference for the problemoccurs in the current development of China fund industry, which ispresent in the following text.The third and fourth parts are the key points of this paper. The thirdpart dwells on the various problems encountered in the currentdomestic fund industry, which is subdivided into a number of specificissues from some major parts like internal governance, ExternalEnvironment, System Deficiency and so on.These problems objectively reflect the deep-seated reasons which currently impede the fund industry’s development. The reasons include:poor distribution channels, the lack of talents, the defect of contractualsystem, profit transfer, etc.
