| In order to cope with the increasingly fierce international competition in green technological innovation, as the main body of China green science and technology innovation, the high-tech SMEs with the principle of "self-raised funds, voluntary union, operating independently, self-financing" need to make a choice, choosing the appropriate green technological innovation mode can be successfully in relation to the enterprise to promote green technological innovation and gain green competitive advantage. Therefore, how to choose effective green technological innovation mode, is the fundamental premise for the high-tech SMEs to participate in market competition and develop the enterprise. At the first stage, this article discusses the status characteristics and existing modes of high-tech SMEs green technological innovation, and studies foreign high-tech SMEs green technological innovation successful modes. Secondly, this stage proposes a feasible green technological innovation mode in China, based on the cluster advantage of high-tech development zone and supported by government-production-learning-research cooperation, high-tech SMEs should carry out integrated innovation and introduction re-innovation oriented by market demand and original innovation oriented by the national strategic needs. Finally, this article proves the feasibility of the cluster mode of green technological innovation through a case of a typical high-tech SME in Zhongguancun Science Park. |
