The real estate industry as the basis of our national economy, the pillar andguiding industry, real estate continues to sound, stable and rapid development of greatsignificance to promote economic growth, to solve the employment, to meet people’sdaily living needs, to improve the quality of people’s lives. However, the real estatemarket in China is relatively late start, the real estate industry in the development ofthe market is not yet mature, and cyclical fluctuations of the real estate market makesrelying solely on the real estate market mechanisms to promote the healthydevelopment of the industry there are many problems, thus enhancing the real estatemarket national macro-control by "there are plans to hand" of economic policy, legalpolicy and economic instruments and market "invisible hand" organic combination ofthe inevitable requirement to promote the harmonious development of the real estateindustry.However, in recent years, China’s real estate abnormal development of the statemacro-control efforts on the real estate industry continued to strengthen, making thatrely solely on the "staking large-scale expansion of enterprise development, real estateenterprises are facing the survival and development crisis. Therefore, the real estatebusiness to accelerate its strategic transformation to become a necessary means forsurvival and development, real estate companies should be timely according to thechange of external environment for enterprises to adjust the company’s strategicdirection to meet the new challenges and requirements of the external environment.In this study, combined with the economic characteristics of the real estateindustry, and the impact of China’s real estate combined with a series of macro controlpolicies change, and then analyzes to explore the macro environment of China’s realestate enterprises, industry, environmental changes brought about by uncertainty andrisk, and thus triggered strategic transformation trend of real estate companies and themain path. On this basis, the further integration of the strategic transformation ofShandong Province, a real estate enterprise SDZK case depth analysis of China’s realestate enterprises in accordance with national macro-control policy changes topromote the transformation of corporate strategy, and then adapt to the new externalenvironment needs. The relevant findings of this study has important reference value for the guidance of real estate enterprises to respond to the needs of the nationalmacro-control policies, to enhance their own survival and development, promote thehealthy development of the industry, and promote the harmonious development ofsociety. |
