In recent years, Enneagram has been paid attention by MBA students of internationally renowneduniversities, such as the Stanford University, and has become one of the most popular courses today.Managers of the world’s top500companies are studying Enneagram, and apply it to staff training,team building and execution improvement. Enneagram test can help company to establish employees’personality profile, which will be an important reference in team building, recruitment and selection,promotion and other business management. With the Enneagram promotion, it has been more andmore popular among companies. However, current Enneagram test depends on the paper test, which isnot convenient to collection and aggregation. It needs long test time and its accuracy is not high.Therefore, the paper hopes to use advanced statistical learning methods and computer technology, toseek a more effective Enneagram test method.This paper is doing research aiming at Enneagram test problems,based on the Enneagram testquestionnaires collected, and improving test accuracy and efficiency as the main objective.Based onstatistical learning methods and computer technology, from the perspective of constructingmathematical models and system implementation, This paper proposes methods ofEnneagram-Testing model construction and system development. Firstly, by exploring currentlycommon personality test methods in detail, this paper analyzes the current problems of the test.Secondly, methods of Enneagram-Testing model construction is presented. Combined with hundredsof Enneagram test questionnaire, this paper describes the logistic regression and feature selectionexperiments in detail. Once again, on the basis of the Enneagram test models, this paper analyzes theapplication background of Enneagram test system, and finishes the Enneagram test system analysisand the test prototype system. Finally, the accuracy and efficiency of this system are tested byexperiments. The research results shows, Enneagram test method based on logistic regression can notonly automatically assign weights to the subject, but also reorder the questions based on theclassification accuracy of the feature selection results. As testers of the experiment increase, theaccuracy of the classification will improve further. Thus, this method can improve the efficiency andaccuracy of the test, making Enneagram test computerized, which is in favor of the application andpromotion of Enneagram.
