Studies About Material Cost Control Of Shipbuilding Enterprises Under The Environment Of Information Integration

Shipbuilding is an important part of China’s equipment manufacturing industry, it has asignificant role in promoting the development of economy, shipbuilding cost is the key factorwhich determines the competitiveness of China’s shipbuilding industry. Material cost occupiesabout70percent of the cost of the entire shipbuilding, so the key to controlling shipbuilding costis material cost control.This article proposed the idea of the establishment for material cost control system, based onthe characteristics of the material of shipbuilding enterprise and its analysis of cost controlexisting problems, and on this basis, made theory and methods research for each module in thesystem of cost control.Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristics of the shipbuilding enterprises materials,analysis the problems of cost control for shipbuilding enterprises, introduces target management,integrated management, project management thinking, and applies ABC classification, individualvaluation method to the cost control process; Secondly this paper combs the function, process,activity of materials management, from the entire process of materials cost formation, Such asdesign, planning, procurement, warehousing, recipients, accounting, etc. Find out the key link ofmaterial cost control, Set up the material cost control system, and Take project as the main line,then details implementation methods of material cost control in each chain under the environmentof information integration, finally unify effectively the management and control of materials cost;Finally, establish the cost controlling evaluate model based on fuzzy evaluation method. Thispaper assess the effects of cost control from the perspective of overall project. Firstly, costevaluation index system of cost evaluation is established, which is complex and comprehensive,index weight is laid down with ANP method; secondly, the comprehensive fuzzy evaluationmodel is established in order to evaluating project cost management.
