In the case of extensiveenterprise operation mode, backward governance mode and unsound institutionalizedconstraints, there is different levels of organization redundancy existing in enterprise.With the development and expansion of enterprises, internal and external operatingenvironment increasingly complex and changeful, widespread organizationalredundancy become an obstacle to the development of enterprises, and graduallybecome scholars extensive research in the field of economic and management andother disciplines. In abroad, started relatively early, it has already formed a relativelymature theory system, however, organization redundancy related research has notreceived sufficient attention in China. Existing research from different performanceanalyzes the role of organization redundancy and the relationship between enterpriseperformance, however, the previous studies have ignored the adjust mention ofcorporate governance in the relationship between organization redundancy andenterprise performance. Therefore, an in-depth research of the relationship amongorganization redundancy and corporate governance and corporate performance hasimportant theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, based on the retrospect and review of organization redundancy relatedresearch at home and abroad, summarizes the shortcomings of existing studies, andthen tease out the research idea of this article; Secondly, on the basis of carding therelated theory, puts forward the related assumptions of organization redundancy,corporate governance and corporate performance. Examine the influence ofenterprise scale, profitability and other traditional factors on business performance.Emphasis on three aspects of the relationship, such as the relationship betweenorganizational redundancy and enterprise performance, the relationship betweenorganizational redundancy and corporate governance, the adjust mention of corporategovernance in the relationship between organization redundancy and enterprise performance. The results showed that there is a negative correlation betweenorganization redundancy and corporate performance, corporate governance andorganization redundancy has a negative correlation relationship, the higher the level ofcorporate governance, the positive and negative relationship between organizationredundancy and enterprise performance were tend weakening; Finally, on the basis oftheoretical analysis and empirical test put forward that reasonable use of organizationredundancy and strengthen the corporate governance related policies and suggestions,at well as the limitations of this study and the prospect of future research. |
