Research On Community Property Management Mode Of Government Indemnificatory Housing-Focus On Jinjiang City Of Fujian Province

China is building government subsidized housing increasingly. In recentyears,there is more and more subsidized housing have been completed. Butcommunity management of the subsidized housing is not just as one wishes, thestatus quo of property management and analyzed questions of low satisfaction fromresidents by property management companies as well as lack of supervision andserious conflict with owner committee.Subsidized housing is a livelihood project. If the later operations ofcommunity property management problems have not been solved effectively andpeople’s residential environment could not be improved accordingly, many livelihoodissues will arise and will affect our country’s society harmonious and stabilization. Sostudy how to manage these big quantities, long management cycle and mass-basedindemnificatory housing, and build the reasonable.This article focus on the concept and function of indemnificatory housing,make the conclusion on the situation of community property management in Jinjiangcity, using analysis mode to analyze the advantage and disadvantage of major3types of community property management of subsidized housing and proposedcorrespondent countermeasures and the suggestion to enhance the communityproperty management of government indemnificatory housing.
