With rapid development of computer applications in the popularization of moderninformation technology, some people’s hand have a certain amount of idle funds,traditional banks are not able to satisfy the financing needs of micro-enterprises,resulting in a P2P network platform of credit emerge,for personal consumption andinvestment demand. Our Credit business network under the fast development and highlycompetitive environment, to get higher yields and occupy more market share, not onlyto providing more information on finance services and more investmenting security forthe lender and the borrower, or the micro-enterprises, more fundamentally enhance thecompetitiveness of the core service platforms that can be improving customersatisfaction.By studying multifaceted customer satisfaction factors on the patterns of P2Pnetworks credit platform, not only to increasing the number of users of the networkscredit platform, reducing the financing costs for micro-enterprises,but also for thedevelopment the network credit platform, actually play a guiding role for it. In thispaper, P2P networks credit platform factors affecting customer satisfaction do aliterature review, summarizes the current commonly customer satisfaction model,usedat home and abroad.On the basis of customer satisfaction index model toprototype,combining the characteristics of the P2P network credit model industry.Summarizes and analyzes the conceptual model can be adapted P2P network model ofcustomer satisfaction credit industry. In the empirical analysis phase, by drawing andchanging foreign maturity scale, according to the research needs of industrycharacteristics designed customer satisfaction questionnaire.In this paper, a model of structural equation modeling estimates that affect thepath coefficient values for each of the customer satisfaction, the model fit index reacheda corresponding theoretical requirements. Based on the traditional model of customersatisfaction index added page design, the result of the attitude of customer service andinformation transparency of the three antecedent variables, empirical studies confirmed their influence on customer satisfaction, but also confirmed the conceptual model thefeasibility of the operational level of practice. Through theoretical and practical analysis,this paper makes research more persuasive. By writing this article, on the one hand, wecan move from highly theoretical platform for P2P networks credit and have a clearunderstanding of this business, And to thinking the more scientific and sustainabledevelopment of credit business network platform; On the other hand, it is proposed toimprove the network credit platform satisfaction the corresponding recommendations.
