Research On Mechnism Of Foreign Capital Affecting Agricultural Industry Safety Of China

With the more and more important influence of foreign capital on China’sagricultural industry, the whole industry chain of some domestic significantagricultural products has even already been controlled, which reminds us of thenecessity to study agricultural problems from the angle of the agricultural industrysafety. Based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic agricultural industry,this thesis, applying the theory of system dynamics to the analysis of agriculturalindustry, will analyze the system structure, as well as the causal feedback mechanismand process in each link of the agricultural industry through the software of vensim,further establish the simulation model of system dynamics of the agricultural industry,and then analyze the problem of agricultural industry safety on the made model. On theother hand, according to the theory of system dynamics, this paper will analyze theimpact of foreign Investment on China’s agricultural industry safety. Finally, aiming atthe industry and security problems of China’s agricultural industry, this thesis will putforward several related suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the managementof domestic industry safety as well as perfecting China’s policy on foreign capital, byabsorbing foreign experience in the management of the industry safety.This paper mainly contains the following aspects：(1) To analyze the presentsituation of all links related to the agricultural production and the influence of foreigncapital on China’s agricultural industry from the perspective of the industry safety,concluding problems existing in domestic agricultural industry;(2) To analyze theagricultural industrial with the theory of system dynamics, make the structure diagramof the agricultural industry and analyze the causal feedback mechanism, set up thesimulation model of system dynamics of agricultural industry, and also analyze theimpact of foreign investment on China’s agriculture industry safety;(3) Suggesting toestablish the safety evalution index system of the agricultural industry from the angleof the industry safety;(4) Aiming at the the weak link of and existing problems ofChina’s agricultural industry, to put forward policy proposals of strengthening themanagement of domestic agricultrual industry safety as well as suggestions on thepolicy on foreign capital, by learning from the policy of foreign developed countrieson the management of the agricultural industry safety.
