The Study On Effections Brought By European Sovereign Debt To China’s Economy And Countermeasures

Financial crisis often comes after Sovereign debt crisis.After the outbreak of thefinancial crisis in the United States, the European sovereign debt crisis broke out in Iceland,after a period of time,Dubai, Hungary and other countries also appear the situation of thesovereign debt crisis, the situation has caused the widespread concern of financial marketinvestors on Europe’s debt and deficit conditions,which can threaten their normal operationof economy. The outbreak of the Greek sovereign debt crisis directly destroys the outlookof investors about debt crisis,then the sovereign debt crisis began to spread across Europe.Evolution of the outbreak of the European sovereign debt crisis has a significant impact onglobal economy, because China and Europe are the most important trade partner of eachother, have important connections of mutual economic and trade exchanges, so we can notignore the impact on China’s economy, the systematic study on the European sovereigndebt crisis appears very necessary.The first part of this article introduced the research background and researchsignificance, and summarized and analyzed the existing researches of scholars both at homeand abroad, and then expounds the evolution of European sovereign debt crisis, andwide-ranging expansion process; The second part of the article analyzed the causes of theEuropean sovereign debt crisis, and discussed two aspects of reason that are surface reasonsand nature reasons;The third part probed into the European Union and internationalmonetary fund for Europe’s sovereign debt crisis rescue mechanism of short-term reliefmeasures and long-term.The fourth part discussed influences brought by the outbreak of theEuropean sovereign debt crisis on China’s economy, mainly from two aspects, directinfluence and indirect influence.Not only analyzed the negative impact to our country alsoanalyzed economic opportunities in our country. The last part of the article summed up theEuropean sovereign debt crisis enlightenment to China and China’s correspondingcountermeasures.The first one lied in the enlightenment to our country debt management,enlightenment on welfare policy in our country and enlightenment for China to establishregional economic cooperation organization; Countermeasure aspect mainly from thestrengthening of our country foreign exchange reserves, a stable exchange rate level in ourcountry, to adjust China’s foreign trade policy and grasp our country for the mergers and acquisitions opportunities and risk aspects were studied.
