Talent is the core competitive element of enterprise, the construction of talentteam has a relationship with the goals of enterprise strategy and the sustainabledevelopment of the enterprise. But in the actual operation process, most companiescan not find available talent when they need them in demand, the problem produced inthe final analysis is that the enterprise is lack of long-term and systematic talentforecasting, planning, and supply management. Supply chain management combinesthe idea of systems and processes to achieve the effective integration of all activities inthe supply chain, becomes the enterprise’s strategic resources competition, CPFR is thetypical model of supply chain management, which promotes the whole optimizationprocess of the enterprise inventory management. It combines the question of talentmanagement with supply chain management, attempting to introduce CPFR model intothe field of talent management in this paper. And it makes the construction of theresearch for the talent supply chain management system of the enterprise in ourcountry, making every effort to provide solutions for the talent managementoutstanding problems in our country.First of all, it reviews the results of the domestic and foreign scholars’research intalent management, supply chain management, and talent supply chain management,and analyzes the outstanding talent management problems in the enterprise of ourcountry. Then, it summarizes the research ideas and research emphasis of this article.At the same time, it combes the supply chain management, CPFR and talent supplychain management theory, laiding a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly, combined the talent management problem of the enterprises in ourcountry, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building enterprise’s talent supplychain management system in our country based on CPFR, and points out that theCPFR model can effectively deal with talent management problems and providesolutions to the problems.Thirdly, combined with the targets and principles of bulding talent supply chainmanagement system in ou country, it bulds the framework and operation processseparately from the overall level and operation level, and according to the talentmanagement problems, it mainly designs the integrated management, flexiblemanagement, talent information integration management and the efficiency evaluation management to make sure that the system can be workable, measurable and can realizethe dynamic optimization.Finally, combining with the talent management situation, it analyses the talentsupply chain management model of FT company. After creating the framework and thecore mode of the talent supply chain management system, it evaluates the efficiency ofthis modol and according to the evaluation results, it puts forward the measures tomake sure that this system can be implemented effectively.
