An Empirical Analysis Of Provincial Governing County Fiscal Reform And The Development Of Urbanization

Urbanization in China has entered a stage of rapid development and urbanization,stimulating the economy and reduce regional disparities have a strong contribution to therole. In recent years, the development of our country to promote the county to avoid thecentral and provincial funding for county and municipal finances are being withheld, hasdirect control of the county to implement the policy in many cities, giving the countymore fiscal autonomy and independence in order to promote the economic developmentof the county. Therefore, urbanization and provincial governing county financial reformare all played a role in promoting economic development, the relevance of direct controlof the county finance reform and the development of urbanization, we need to furtheranalyze the interaction mechanism.The content of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter ofurbanization in the domestic and international development and administrative leveloverview, based on the relevant literature from different research areas of the currentprovincial governing county fiscal reform, economic growth and urbanization, therelationship between two research results are summarized, and then find out itsshortcomings. The second chapter summarizes the current research administrative levels,urbanization point field theory, the theoretical basis for the preparation of this writing.Chapter III, based on relevant economic data, analysis of the current status of provincialgoverning county and urbanization of China’s financial reform and problems. In thefourth chapter, first select a test implementation of the policy of the main method,double-difference method is a method for a simple introduction; Secondly, empiricalanalysis of the relationship between the direct control of the county finance reform and urbanization, according to the double differential regression test draw three conclusions,first of all, a significant positive effect on the direct control of the county finance reformurbanization, and secondly, the main driving force for the development of the tertiaryindustry town, but the development of China’s tertiary industry is slow, China’surbanization is still the first an industry pull.
