With the developing of Chinese reform and opening, there is sustained, rapid and healthdevelopment in our economy. And with the rapid growth of the material output, the environmentproblem is becoming more and more serious like Water pollution, air pollution, and the shortage ofnatural resources and so on. No doubt that seek for a management means of pollution that Low cost, high efficiency has become an important issue to be solved. From China’s current environmental status and economic growth, if we want to get a moderateimprovement on the environment protects and maintains the sustainable development in economy. Wemust actively explore a policy means that can promote economic growth and environmentalimprovement; we must make innovation in environmental management policy. Based on the need ofthis situation, How to play the market economic leverage role in environmental policy, Has become theproblem of firstly solved in our country`s environment managers. Emissions trading policy is aeffective environmental management policy that proved by the United States and other developedcountries, therefore introduced to our country, and become the research topic of many domesticscholars. This article based on the domestic and international relevant research findings in the field, usingthe management theory, dynamic economics theory and nonlinear dynamics method, using cournotmodel, Bertrand model with bounded rationality dynamically make a Break-even analysis to the gamemodel of the enterprise emission trading. And put forward the market dynamic equilibrium andstability problems caused by the Cournot, Bertrand model. The main content and innovative results ofthis article are as follows:1. Duopoly game models with the same and difference bounded rationality forpollution-discharge right are established and the some of the essential characteristics in the evolutionprocess such as the stability of equilibrium point are analyzed. Numerical simulations are used tostudy bifurcation, strange attractors, and other chaotic characteristics of the system with differentparameters. The relative economic implications are also explained.2. Delayed bounded rationality is introduced into the discrete dynamic system and its influenceon system stability is analyzed. The related results demonstrate that the lagged structure cannotalways improve system stability and main factors influencing stability are specific values ofparameters and variables. 3. In order to more intuitive research of pollution-discharge right price, the Bertrand duopolycompetition model with bounded rationality of pollution-discharge right are established and the someof the essential characteristics in the evolution process such as the stability of equilibrium point areanalyzed. Numerical simulations are used to study bifurcation, strange attractors, and other chaoticcharacteristics of the system with different parameters. The relative economic implications are alsoexplained.
