Research On The Profitability And Influenced Factors Of China’s Listed Commercial Banks

This paper analyzed and evaluated the profitability of commercial banks and its influencedfactors systematicallybackgrounded with the new situation of the domestic financial sectordevelopmentand China’s gradual deepening financial systemin a comprehensive review of relevanttheories. First of all, this paper study different aspects of bank profitability factors on themechanism from the financial systems, macroeconomic policy and the environment,bankingindustry organizations, micro-management as a research perspective respectively. Secondly, Weput the profitability of the mechanism into practise, the results based on the foregoingspecification analysis, factor analysis model to establish the profitability of commercial banks inChina, and16listed commercial banks’ profitability between2009-2012to conduct acomprehensive and objective evaluation, from the revenue structure, management efficiency,comparative analysis of the risk of16listed commercial banks’ profitability analysis of threeaspects of sustainability prevention. Again, in order to ensure the completeness and rigor, thispaper data between2007-2012of16listed commercial banks on the mechanism of thesemechanisms and the actual empirical test the explanatory power of the text panel data modelfactors on bank profitability normative research found: cost to income ratio as a significantnegative correlation between the profitability of listed commercial banks, while the capitaladequacy ratio, provision coverage ratio of non-interest income and its significant positivecorrelation, GDP, market share, market concentration, NPL ratio of its impact was not significant..Finally, we suggest the policy recommendations of improving listed commercial banks’profitability from the banks’ own building.
