Research On Analysis Of Investment Value Of The Bank1isted Company Based On Investors Perspective

Nowadays, China’s accession to WTO has already ten years, along with the financial marketopening to the outside step by step. Foreign banks flock in so that accelerate the competition betweenbanking industry as well as promote its transformation and development. As a representative ofChina’s banking sector-listed commercial banks, it is not only the mainstays in China’s financialmarkets but also an emerging force on the stock market. With Chinese economy keeping growth,China’s banking sector which is in the reform has developed rapidly. Meanwhile increases theirinvestment opportunities and returns. Thus, these listed commercial banks have drawn great investor’sattention from asset scale, operating income, increasing trend and listed expansion. So, China’sbanking industry uses scientific and effective evaluation method for the investment value to make acomparative analysis and provide effective suggestions for investors, which is an urgent andsignificant problem.Based on this background, there are three problems to be solved in this thesis: first, after severalrevolutionary reforms, how is the current circumstance in China’s banking industry? As arepresentative in our banking industry, what advantages and weaknesses does banking industry have?What challenges and threats will it face? Second, China’s banking listed company has developedunder the socialist market-oriented economic system with Chinese characteristics so that its distinctpersonality and institutional features cannot be ignored. Compared with other sectors, bankingindustry has lots of particularities. What special factors do China’s banking listed companies processon the investment value? How to choose their evaluation index? Third, how to measure the investmentvalue of listed companies in China’s banking industry? The answers of these three problems constitutethe subject whose investment value of listed companies in banking industry.Based on the background and problems which we discussed above, this thesis uses a variety ofresearch methods from the perspective of investors, on the basis of analyzing the current situation oflisted companies in banking industry and digging deeper the factors of invest value, in order toestablish theoretical model of invest value in line with China’s bank status and take sixteen listedcompanies in banking industry as examples to analyze. This paper is divided into seven parts. First, itdescribes the research background, purpose, significance, actuality, main contents, innovations of ourbanking and listed companies. Meanwhile reviews, classifies and analyzes the theoretical value ofdomestic and foreign investment. Second, literature review in our banking and listed companies in banking industry. It mainly discusses basic concept, connotation of enterprise value, investment valuetheory of listed companies, analysis method of investment and invest value theories. Third, it analyzesthe China’s banking industry and their listed companies. Fourth, it points out the evaluation indexsystem of the investment value of listed companies in banking industry from the view of investors.Besides, it introduces how to establish methodology system of listed companies in banking industryand the basic model of investment value evaluation. Sixth, it analyzes the data of sixteen listedcompanies in banking industry and take enterprise data in2012as an example so as to evaluate andrank the invest value of listed companies from first grade index to the second grade index. The lastpart is the conclusion, suggestions and prospect. It summarizes the main results, proposes the relativesuggestions and points out the shortcomings and some prospects which are worth going on furtherdiscussion.
